Downtown Portland and Waterfront 4 mile
Short and quick loop from downtown Portland to the waterfront, across the Steel Bridge, south down the east bank, and across Hawthorne Bridge. Meet outside the Whole Foods on the corner of NW 12th and Couch.
5.6 Portland Mt. Tabor Nature Run
Pretty Mt. Tabor Run in the trees with a few steep hills. Meet at Kind Coffee 4255 SE Belmont St. Also the Horse Brass Pub is right down the street if anyone wants to grab a drink after.
Sellwood Out and Back via Waterfront
6.15 mile out and back run starting at the Oaks Pioneer Church (corner or SE Spokane and Grad Ave.) just north of the Sellwood Bridge. This is a flat peaceful run following the Springwater Corridor north along the water.
Downtown Portland and Terwilliger
This is a beautiful 7.5 mile run any time of the year. The trees in the park blocks herald the changing of the seasons. The views from Terwilliger include downtown, Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and the Willamette river. It's all uphill on the way to the Capital Hwy, but it's all downhill on the return! Meet at the Teacher’s Fountain in Director’s Park (SW Yamhill and Park).
Eugene Alton Baker Park Sprint Training
A flat 4 miles throughout Alton Baker Park used as sprint training. We’ll stop several times along the Pre Trail for 200-400 meter suicide drills. Meet at the main park bathroom next to the duck pond.
West Eugene Loop
Meet at the South Eugene High School track. A mostly flat 4.9 mile run from the track to Amazon Park, Hendricks Park, Pre’s Rock, and Hayward field. After the group run the track and bleachers can be used for drills.
South Eugene Hills and Amazon Parkway
Urban, half-road, half-trail 6.73 mile loop that gives you a chance to run up 0.7 miles one of Eugene’s steepest paved hills (N Shasta Loop) and also includes a segment of the bark dust Rexius Trail that runs along Amazon Parkway. Meet at the NW corner of Hayward Field by the entrance (15th & Agate).
10 Mile Eugene Willamette River Run
A gorgeous run along the Willamette River starting at Alton Baker Park, heading up the east bank and crossing at Owosso Bridge. Flat and paved path. Meet at Alton Baker Park at the base of the stairs of the foot bridge.
9.6 Mile Bull Mountain Run in Tigard
Roads and sidewalks that take you in a loop around Bull Mountain. Rolling & steep hills with some flat spots. Start and finish at Big Al's 14950 SW Barrows Rd.
