Astoria — Roosevelt Island 8.4 miles
Half the run has a spectacular view of Manhattan and the other has a great view of LIC and Astoria from the water. Meet in front of Kelly's Bar & Grill (3104 Crescent St.) in downtown Astoria.
8.2 Touch The Bronx And Back
A lot of this run goes along the Robert Kennedy Bridge Trail, through Ward's Island and across several bridges touching the south end of the Bronx . Meet at the small green law where Shore Blvd. dead-ends (on the corner of Shore and 12th St.) in Astoria.
5 miles Bronx — Van Cortlandt Park
Takes you through some of the best woods in the NYC area. Meet at the Brust Park Pedestrian Path on the west side of Manhattan College (Manhattan College Pkwy.). Wind up to 24th St. and through the trails and VC Park. A little under 5 miles.
4.5 Prospect Park Loop — Brooklyn
Outer loop around Brooklyn's’ Prospect Park. All paved and mostly flat with lots of tree shade. Meet at the corner of St. John’s Pl. & Washington Ave. (by Triple D’s and Gourmet Deli).
12 Miles Brooklyn — Bay Ridge to Brighton Beach
Long out and back along the Shore Pkwy and Riegelmann Boardwalk. There’s a little bit on busy roads, but most is no stops and no too crowded with pedestrians. Meet at the corner of 92nd St. and 4th Ave.
Canandaigua Main Street Tour
A little under 5.5 miles from Kershaw Park up Main St., then looping around Sonnenberg Park. Some light hills. The best part? Grabbing beer at Twisted Rail Brewing Company (169 Lakeshore Dr.)- park and meet in the parking lot.
Canandaigua 10+ Mile Loop
Big loop starting at the Kershaw Park parking lot, down Lakeshore, Hwy 5, 247, Lincoln Hill Rd, then up E Lake Rd. for pretty views of the water. It’s a long one so bring water.
4.5 Hudson River
Most of this run is along the Hudson River Greenway without a lot of stops or traffic. We’ll start in Greenwich Village and loop around at the World Trade Center. Meet at the island in the center of 9th Ave. and W 14th St. (you’ll see a kiosk and some tables and umbrellas).
East Syracuse — Green Lakes State Park
Pretty and scenic 6 mile run in east Syracuse out to Green Lakes. Some is on the street and some is along the paved path along the waterway. Old Erie Canal State Park Parking Area on the Canalway Trail, which is basically where N Burdick St. meets Cedar Bay Rd.
11.6 Syracuse, New York
A little bit of everything - flats, rolling hills and a couple of good climbs up the back of Skytop and in Thornden Park - right at the end of the run! Meet at Busker’s Park on the corner of Westcott and S Beech.
