A nice flat road run out to the water. Heading out via Bay Rd. and looping through Highland Beach and Annapolis Cove. Park in the lot on the corner of Bay Ridge Rd. and Arundel on the Bay Rd.

Baltimore and Annapolis Trail 10K

Flat 6.3 mile out and back run along the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail. Around mile 3 and 4 there are some steep hills before turning around in the Bancroft neighborhood. Meet in the parking lot of the Severn School Chesapeake Campus 1185 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd.

City Dock To Bay Ridge Out And Back

Baltimore Roland Park and Gillman Track

This is a great sub 5 mile run. You get the opportunity to see a lot of beautiful large homes in Northern Baltimore. We’ll break off the loop and run around the Gilman School's rubberized track for some speed work for a few laps. Finishing up back on 36th Avenue and anyone is welcome to join at Holy Frijoles (908 W 36th St) for margaritas and a bite to eat. Meet in the SunTrust Bank (929 W 36th St.) parking lot.

Nice views of downtown from Druid Hill Lake. Jones Falls path is nice, and Lake Montebello usually has a great cooling breeze. Meet at Herring Run Park on the corner of Chesterfield and Cardenas. Plenty of parking along Chesterfield Ave.

5 miles, flat, paved road from Garrett Park Elementary School (Oxford and Kenilworth) down Beach Drive and Rock Creek Trail to Cedar Lane.

Out and Back from the Bethesda Library (7400 Arlington Rd.) down Arlington Rd. towards the Capital-Crescent Trail.

First three miles on Capital-Crescent Trail and MacArthur are flat or downhill, then a steady to steep climb through Battery Kemble park (hard dirt surface) with a hilly finish along Mass Ave. back to starting point at Little Falls Pkwy. Meet at Little Falls Library (5501 Massachusetts Ave.).

7.3 miles of mostly flat paved paths starting at the baseball diamond at USUHS (corner of Stone Lake and Perimeter Rd.). Up Cedar Lane through Rock Creek to the Mormon Temple out and back. Mostly flat road run.
