This is one my favorite spots to run! It takes you along the beautiful coastline of Rancho Palos Verdes it's a great run to do around 3 pm that way on the way back you can watch the sunset. I recommend staying in the bike lane for this run you will notice the road is a little bumpy because of the up down path but if you stay in the line you will be good. Start off with moderate pace for the first 3 miles on Mile 4 pick up the pace a bit as you will notice the path gets a little easier. On the way back this is when your pace will be at a steady fast pace jog once we make it back to the starting point just sit on the bench relax with your water and watch the beautiful sunset. This run is usually an 90 min to 2 hour run depending on how many times you stop to look at the beautiful view.
